The BIG PhotoRhino update – Preview II
Do you remember the 8-bit era?
Maybe yes, maybe no – either way I hope you will enjoy the new C64 effect that will be included in the coming PhotoRhino bada 2.0 update!

The BIG PhotoRhino update – Preview I
There was not a lot of time in the last months to improve the RhinoDevel apps, but now I am finally working on some new features and improvements for my bada imaging app PhotoRhino!
Here is a little image previewing some of the new features (click the image for full resolution):
As you can see I manipulated one of Mirja‘s creations with the new Edges and Black/White effects to be found soon in the next version of PhotoRhino.

PhotoRhino in connect Freestyle
Die RhinoDevel Bildbearbeitungs-App PhotoRhino wird in der Zeitschrift connect Freestyle (Ausgabe Sept./Okt. 2011, Seite 77) unter dem Thema “Foto-Apps für alle Plattformen” als einzige bada-Anwendung vorgestellt.
Nach einer sehr passenden Zusammenfassung der PhotoRhino-Features lautet das Fazit des Verfassers (Zitat): “Die App mit dem freundlichen Rhinozeros im Logo ist nach etwas Gewöhnung an die Symbolik gut zu bedienen und jeden Cent wert.”.

PhotoRhino update for ALL bada devices!
The big performance and feature update for PhotoRhino finally is available for ALL bada devices.
Especially because of the big perfomance improvements this update is very interesting for all users of the (slower) 525, 533, 575 and 723 bada devices!
If you own a Samsung bada 525, 533, 575, 723, 8500 or 8530 phone you can update or download the new version to enjoy the following new features and improvements:
Performance improved filters
All filters (contrast, saturation, unsharp-masking, etc.) now need much less performance time.
That means it is now possible to work fluently with much bigger images and even faster with smaller pictures.
New image auto-correction features
Use the new auto white balance and auto histogram corrections separately or together to improve you photos with one (or two) clicks.
Edge detection
Detects and shows edges on your pictures.
You can modify the resulting image of the edge detection with PhotoRhino just as any other image.
